A key marketing executive wanted by the FBI over football corruption charges has been arrested in Italy.
Alejandro Burzaco, the Argentine chief of Torneos y Competencias, handed himself in at a police station in the Italian province of Bolzano.
Accompanied by two lawyers, Burzaco is reportedly not going to appeal his extradition.
Despite featuring on Interpol's most wanted list, Burzaco has not been seen since May 27.

He is understood to have been at the Baur au Lac hotel when FBI officers arrived for dawn raids on FIFA officials last month, but was already having breakfast and fled when the sheer amount of law-enforcement officials dawned on him.
Burzaco is understood to be entering witness protection after negotiating a deal with the FBI that will see him blow the whistle on illicit practises within CONMEBOL.
Argentine reports had claimed that the executive was already out of Europe and had been spotted in high-end Uruguayan beach resort Punta del Este.
