Caragh Monaghan rode her first winner as a jockey at Navan on Sunday as St Denis's Well landed a handicap hurdle for local trainer Ian Patrick Donoghue.
The 40/1 shot travelled strongly throughout the two-mile contest and won comfortably in the end, coming home four and three-quarter lengths ahead of runner-up Makfils.
Monaghan was part of the Meath squad that won the All-Ireland Ladies Football Senior Championship in 2021 by beating Dublin by 1-11 to 0-12 in the final at Croke Park.

She has had a number of rides for Donoghue this year, as well as Gavin Cromwell, who she was working for in Cheltenham in the days before the race.
Monaghan finished second in a 1m4f ladies handicap on board Pachmena for Cromwell in July 2022, but Sunday was her first win as a jockey after leading Hascoeur Clermont into the winners enclosure at Cheltenham some 24 hours earlier.
The six-year-old landed the Wienerberger Amateur Jockeys' Handicap Chase under jockey Noel McParlan for Cromwell at odds of 12/1 at Prestbury Park.
Speaking after St Denis's Well's success in the Gaeil Colmcille GAA Kells "Day At The Races" Handicap Hurdle, Monaghan said: "I'm absolutely thrilled. I'm from Kentstown, 10 minutes away and my family are here. I've had a good few rides on the track so I'm delighted to get one on the board and hopefully a few more will come."
