It all begins with a perfect location and La Place Dauphine’s setting right on charming Place Dauphine couldn’t be better! Although located in the very center of Paris on the Île de la Cité, this quiet square with its cobblestone streets and pretty chestnut trees feels hidden away. We completely restored this historic building from the early 17th century to create six elegant apartments designed to make our guests feel right at home in the heart of Paris. The private building has a secure entrance and an elevator to reach each apartment – a must for a comfortable stay.

Inside you’ll find central air conditioning for those warmer summer days as well as extremely comfy beds and everything you need to truly settle in. Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, which is such an added convenience compared to booking multiple hotel rooms. Monbazillac

One of two penthouse apartments in La Place Dauphine, Monbazillac is a one-bedroom apartment set on two floors. It boasts a beautiful balcony overlooking Place Dauphine below and a view to Notre-Dame and the Conciergerie. An internal staircase connects the two levels of this apartment with a bedroom with full ensuite bathroom and an additional half bathroom on the 6th floor and the lovely open plan living room, kitchen, dining area with access to the balcony on the 7th floor. Castillon

Just one glimpse of the Castillon and you can see the historic setting of La Place Dauphine. The wooden beams in this one-bedroom apartment are original to the 17th-century building and add so much character along with the antique decorative touches. The large windows in the bedroom and living room overlook the charming square below where you’ll fall in love with the view. In the spring, when the chestnut trees blossom, the view is magical. They add a burst of green all summer long and the crunch of autumn leaves underfoot in the fall. During the winter, you’ll see even more of daily life in in Place Dauphine from your cozy warm apartment.

Muscat

Located on the floor below Castillon, Muscat is an equally charming apartment with same historic elements and stylish yet extremely comfortable decor. Just like every one of the apartments in La Place Dauphine, the windows in the living room and bedroom overlook Place Dauphine. The large antique mirrors reflect the light beautifully during the day and the shimmer of the chandeliers at night. One design feature we love in La Place Dauphine is the hidden mirror televisions in many of the living rooms. Opposite the sofa you’ll find a large TV in the mirror, which keeps with the overall design while including all the comforts of home.

Savennières

The second penthouse apartment in La Place Dauphine, Savennières is a gorgeous one-bedroom apartment located on the top two levels of the building just like Monbazillac. The jewel of La Place Dauphine, this apartment has a balcony just off the living room where you can dine at the bistro table or relax on a sunny day. Savor a bird’s-eye view over Place Dauphine below as you start your day in Paris. Inside, the high wood beamed ceiling in the living room creates a wonderful effect and the room is full of light from two sets of French doors.

Anjou

One of the most architecturally interesting apartments, Anjou is a two-bedroom apartment located on two levels. Much in demand, the Anjou sleeps up to four guests in total comfort. The main level features a comfy living room with an open plan kitchen and dining area as well as a beautiful bedroom with full ensuite bathroom. There’s also a half bathroom just off the kitchen. Follow the internal staircase down a level to reach the second bedroom and another full bathroom. You’ll love relaxing at home by the arched windows and watching passers-by and Parisian life go by in Place Dauphine.

Loupiac

The Loupiac is a lovely one-bedroom apartment with the same views over Place Dauphine, this time just over the tree-tops. Full of antique mirrors and artwork, this apartment is a warm and inviting space. Just like all of the apartments at La Place Dauphine, here you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook at home during your stay. There’s a full ensuite bathroom in the bedroom as well as an additional half bathroom just off the kitchen. You’ll look forward to returning home after a day exploring Paris!
