Taylor Swift took to the stage in Rio de Janeiro last night for yet another sold-out show of her Eras Tour.

But with the temperature and humidity incredibly high in Brazil on Friday night, fans were begging for water, with the 33-year-old hitmaker even halting her show to assist her fans. During her performance of All Too Well (10 Minute Version), Taylor grabbed a bottle of water from a member of staff at the venue, and threw it into the crowd.

Meanwhile, during her performance for the Evermore era, Taylor could be seen waving to members of staff at the venue and urging them to bring water to the crowd. In one clip the crowd can be heard chanting "water, water, water".

In one clip circulating social media, Taylor could be heard saying: "There's people that need water right here, maybe 30, 35, 40 feet back. So whoever is in charge of giving them that, just make sure that happens. Can I get a signal that you know where they are?"

This all happened before Taylor, who is currently on the second leg of her tour, found out that a fan had died before her show, with her thought to have died after suffering from the effects of the heat, as per various reports.

Sharing a heartfelt note on her Instagram story after the show, the American sweetheart penned: "I can't believe I'm writing these words but it is with a shattered heart that I say we lost a fan earlier tonight before my show.

"I can't even tell you how devastated I am by this. There's very little information I have other than the fact that she was so incredibly beautiful and far too young."

She went on to add: "My broken heart goes out to her family and friends. This is the last thing I ever thought would happen when we decided to bring this tour to Brazil."

Also in her statement, Taylor noted that she would not speak about the fan's death from the stage due to her being "overwhelmed by grief", which comes as she gears up for another two gigs at the same venue tonight and tomorrow.
