Rosanna Davison has revealed her secret ways of coping with sleepless nights.

The busy mum has credited mugs of hot coffee and cold showers to help survive exhausting, long nights with three kids all under three - as she admits that sometimes her tots wake each other up at different times.

But the former Miss World managed to hold on to her sense of humour despite the recent lack of shut-eye.

On Tuesday the Dublin model shared a fresh snap of herself on social media holding a large cup of brew and wrote: 'Have to laugh.

"Went to bed early last night and this is what happens: Go to bed at 9.30pm."

But despite the early bedtime hour, all intentions of scoring a night of sleep then ended for Rosanna - when her young daughter woke up just 45 minutes later.

Rosanna continued on her Instagram story:

"Sophia wakes screaming at 9:45 (bad dream?) and wakes Hugo.

"Both start crying. He doesn’t settle again until 11.15."

But Rosanna added that a night of rest did not continue after the brief kiddie drama.

She continued that one of her twin boys got up just a couple of hours later.

She wrote: "Oscar wakes us at 2.30. I put him back to bed. He comes in again at 4.45, I put him back to bed."

Then when Rosanna’s other son woke up 45 minutes later at 5.30am, she decided she may as well get up properly and have a coffee to start the new day.

The glamorous mum gave a shout out to any other parents who are currently going through the same bedtime routine.

She wrote: "Big hugs to those of you yawning before it’s even midday. Had 2 coffees and a cold shower, hope that will help."
