Roy Keane
Former Republic of Ireland captain, born in 1971, who won 67 caps between 1991 and 2005. Played for Cobh Ramblers, Nottingham Forest, Manchester United and Celtic and won seven Premier League titles, four FA Cups, the Champions League and Scottish Premier League before going on to manage Sunderland and Ipswich. Famously walked out on the eve of the 2002 World Cup in South Korea after a fall-out with then-manager Mick McCarthy.
