Late Late Show viewers were full of praise for Patrick Kielty following his interview with Liam Brady on Friday night.
The host spoke to the football legend as Belgian actor Jean-Claude Van Damme joined them on the show.
Brady spoke about his career, including issues with legendary Ireland boss Jack Charlton, his childhood, how he could have played Gaelic football instead of soccer, as well as recalling some funny stories over the years.

A number of viewers took to social media to have their say on the interview, with the majority of comments being very positive.
One person said: "On the #latelate @PatricKielty tonight (yep, best interview so far) with Liam Brady and @JCVD & Jeanne Claude asked Liam would he sign a copy of Liams book. Lovely moment."
Another commented: "Did I mention I the new #LateLateShow @PatricKielty. Super interview with Liam Brady."
Someone else wrote: "Great interview @PatricKielty @RTELateLateShow. What a total legend Liam Brady is. Brilliant player, class pundit."
One other viewer added: "Liam Brady is turning out to be one of the best guests PK has had on the Late Late."
The positive comments will come as a boost to Kielty after ratings fell each week ahead of Friday's show.
The Co Down native took over from Ryan Tubridy in September and attracted an average of 830,000 viewers to his first show.
An average of 455,000 people watched October 13's show, which saw the host receive widespread praise for his speech on the Israel and Palestine conflict.
That figure was down from 548,000 the previous week when he hosted the country music special.
